Elegant transitional bath
We started working with this client to repair their leaking shower pan. They ended up deciding to remodel the entire master bath and walk-in closet. The overall design of the room changed slightly after removing the large built-in tub and surround. It was replaced with an elegant freestanding bathtub and chandelier above. We were able to open up some space to enlarge the shower to extend the full wall, add a pony wall and niches for storage. The shower walls, reaching behind the bathtub were tiled with a Carrara marble looking porcelain subway tile. The shower floor was done in a dark grey penny tile and finished with a custom glass enclosure. The maple cabinetry was replaced with a soft grey, custom shaker style. The wall behind the vanity was the focal point with a custom glass mosaic tile. Finished with brushed nickel hardware, and fixtures.
Bright & Soft Living
This open and bright relaxed living room has distressed wood floors, coffee table and furnishings with wood accents. The five large windows trimmed in a beautiful crown molding give the room a warm and inviting feel. The old brass fireplace was replaced with an efficient gas remote controlled insert and all sides of the fireplace, including the back side to the 18 foot ceiling, are covered in a rustic cream-toned ledge stone.
Farm house bath
This was a complete bathroom remodel down to the studs. Walls were removed to create an open and bright space. A double sink, free standing distressed white-washed, Carrara marble top vanity and highlighted with roman bronze finished bath fixtures. The silvery arabesque tiled backsplash was carried floor to ceiling on the entire back wall, with the torch style amber glass lights. The open walk-in shower features a seamless tile covered line drain.
Modern Master Bathroom
The expansive walk-in shower, has a Carrara marble seat, rain head shower, great sized niches and an expansive window that opens to a beautiful garden view. The free standing Carrara toped vanity, has drawers hidden behind the louvered doors. The entire back wall is decked out with an elegant, unique sized tile with glitter accents. The room is completed with three stunning black ice glass, roman bronze wall sconces.
This new construction, two-bedroom condo was done in a taupe, black and accented with a soft green blue color palette that was used throughout the home. In the kitchen, the dark espresso finished cabinetry was highlighted with a cream limestone backsplash.
This new construction home started with bare white sheetrock walls. It was decorated for a modern feel, using taupe, chocolate brown and accented with a cream-honed marble fireplace surround and accent wall in the powder room. The dark espresso weathered wood floors made a beautiful contrast with the lighter cabinetry and marble wall.
GRAND IRON ENTRANCE
The previous seven foot tall double door entrance to this Hacienda style home was in desperate need of updating. We replaced it with these nine foot tall, attention-demanding, double wrought iron doors. Once in the home you are greeted with an elaborate 14 light iron chandelier that is hung from a wood beam 18 feet above.
3D Renderings & planning
These are computer created replicates of a home to try out design ideas before you make any decisions. Looking to see what it would look like to remove a wall, reconfigure your kitchen layout, test out cabinet colors. Once a rending is created, you can test out color and style options and virtually walk through your proposed design plan.
